Requirements

System Requirements

We require that all systems covered under our Managed IT Services contracts meet the minimum requirements below to ensure reliable support, security, and consistent performance.

Windows Systems:
  • Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (or higher) and running a Microsoft-supported Windows 11 build.
  • CPU: Must meet Windows 11 hardware requirements, including:
    • Intel: 8th generation (or newer) Intel Core processor (i3/i5/i7/i9 or equivalent supported model)
    • AMD: Ryzen 3 or greater, and compatible with Windows 11 per Microsoft supported CPU guidance
    • RAM: 8GB or greater (8GB+)
  • Security/Compatibility Requirements: Windows 11-compatible hardware features must be present and enabled, including: TPM 2.0 and UEFI with Secure Boot.
Apple Systems:
  • Hardware: 2018 or newer Apple hardware, and the model must be officially supported for macOS Sonoma.
  • Operating System: MacOS 14 Sonoma, kept up to date with Apple-supported releases.

 

Exceptions / Legacy Systems
Exceptions can be made for other Operating Systems and/or legacy products that have specific compatibility needs. Any approved exceptions must be explicitly documented in the “Inclusions, Exclusions and Exceptions” appendix of your Managed Services Agreement. Systems that do not meet these minimum requirements will be excluded from coverage and not allowed on your network.
